One of the Pioneers in the activity in Ilhabela, Autonomous Environmental Monitor at PEib. Completing the first semester of the Tour Guide Technical Course at Etec and graduated in Tourism from APC - SYD (Australia). As a specialized Bird Watching Guide since 2008, he has been involved in the development and promotion of the activity in Ilhabela and the region, as well as in Bird Watching at the Hide.

Fernando Moraes has been a birdwatching guide in Ilhabela since 2019. Born and raised on the island, he knows its trails and birdlife in detail, easily identifying them by their calls and behaviors. . He graduated as a Technical Tour Guide from ETEC São Sebastião, qualified to work as a regional guide and national tour guide. He is a pioneer in Brazil in attracting the Amaurolimnas concolor species.
